The Red wines from Trentino are made of native grapes such as Teroldego, Marzemino, Pinot Noir, Lagrein, Enantio. Some producers use Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
The wines chosen for the tastings were all very tasty, some of which are made in natural and biodynamic approach.
It was interesting to know those grape’s expressions in purity except for the Faye wine, which is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, together with Lagrein and Merlot.
